The World According to Nate Taylor

Feb 21

For our Friday fun post, we’re giving a shout out to our very own graphic designer Nate Taylor, the mastermind behind many of our blog’s most memorable illustrations.

You might know Nate Taylor’s work through his illustrations on The Hydrant

But what you may not know is that Nate is also a published author, illustrator, and blogger.  His work explores wild new worlds and introduces wonderful characters.

Nate has recently launched a new series of books, The Journey Stone Quadrilogy, which follows the adventures of a boy with the ability to turn into a serpent.

Nate’s blog, Something’s Out There, features his thoughts and analysis on illustration’s role in storytelling.  He’s also self-published two picture books set in a strange universe where our fears come to life.

The Simon Ragbone books are two fragments of a much larger narrative that Nate plans to release in the near future.
